I have great news for you…

You have an immune system!!!! ...WOW!!
Sometimes we forget about our immune system - it's like this old pallet in my backyard. Sure I knew it was there, but I didn't think it was special and I didn't take care of it.
.....But what if I did? What if we pulled it out of the scrap pile and turned it into something amazing? What if I *actually* took care of my immune system so it could serve me better?
Could it turn into something amazing? I know it can. Yours can too... and did you know Raw Milk can dramatically help?
Let's take a look:
The National Center for Biotechnology Information states that “without an immune system, we would have no way to fight harmful things that enter our body from the outside or harmful changes that occur inside our body. The main tasks of the body’s immune system are  to fight disease-causing germs (pathogens) like bacteria, viruses, parasites or fungi, and to remove them from the body,  to recognize and neutralize harmful substances from the environment, and  to fight disease-causing changes in the body, such as cancer cells.” (1)
If that doesn’t wow you, I’m not sure what could.
It’s like your body houses a whole hospital of disease fighting super-doctors whose main job is to remove, neutralize and fight things that could hurt you!
Humor me and imagine if they actually lived in your house; watched you while you slept; sat at the table with you; followed you to work… “Oh- don’t mind them.. that’s just Dr. Antibacterial and Dr. Antivirus… they work together with Dr. Anti-parasite and Dr. Antifungal to take care of anything that might hurt me.” :) :) “Excuse me… Could you scootch over for Dr. Harmful Substance Neutralizer? His job is pretty important. Oh… and Dr. Anti disease…he needs a chair as well... He’s *kind of* a big deal to me”
Or maybe not.
Stick with me: If you had a house full of doctors on YOUR staff for the express purpose of keeping YOU healthy, it would be in your best interest to keep THEM happy and healthy.
You NEED them to show up for work if they are going to be protecting YOU… right?
Is it any different with our immune system?
The JOB of your immune system IS TO HELP YOU.
So - are we helping it? - or are we expecting it to work for free?
Last time I checked, doctors don’t work for free :)

Obviously there are many facets (and many foods!) that support our immune system, but you know which one I’m most excited about recently? Raw milk! (And don't get me started on kefir!;)

1. Overall Immune Support
According to a 2019 study on Diet and Immune function, “Nutrition is of prime importance in strengthening the immune system." (5) Raw milk plays a very important part in building and strengthening both the innate and adaptive immune systems.” (6)

I grew up with asthma, allergies, and “weak” lungs. I was constantly fighting
respiratory infections every time I got a cold. You better believe I’m going to try everything I can to help my kids have a different story than mine.
Respiratory infections are too scary to be taken lightly and they are far too life-prohibitive to call normal. According to the study below, raw milk can help protect against those respiratory infections. (7)
4. Allergy Prevention
No one likes allergies. As a child/young adult, I used to have debilitating seasonal allergies. When our kids (or ourselves) can’t function, we often turn toward allergy drugs (which I’m THANKFUL to have). But what if there was a more natural answer?
